This weekend is going to be full of events that you can do with the whole family. The busy weekend starts Friday night when the boys play host to the Wenatchee Wild in Pre-Season action @ George Preston Recreation Center. The puck drops at 7pm. I am extremely excited to see how some of the new players handle themselves in this high tempo game. Tickets are only $5.00 at the door and just a reminder, it is cash only.
On Saturday the Langley Rivermen and myself will be at the Langley Cruise in which takes place in downtown Langley City. Come on down and say hi to all of us. Also make sure you enter into our name the mascot contest when you're down there. Bring your cameras as I love to take pictures. That night will be the second game of our pre-season against the very same Wenatchee Wild at the George Preston Recreation Center. The puck drops again at 7pm. Tickets, again, are $5.00 at the door and a reminder that it is cash only. There will be some different faces in this game as the coaching staff would like to get a good a look at all 27 remaining players that remain in camp.
